Hamburg-Poppenbüttel (DE) December
Just a quick visit to my local S-Bahn station to catch some of the advertising liveries (one escaped me hiding in the stabling yard despite switching on the head lights twice). Managed only two.
Odense (DK) December
Repeat visit and first time with snow. Two “Christmas” decorated trams operated which was a nice touch as the trams here of course are rather plain white. Many of the staff wore Father Christmas hats (but we did miss the man himself as we did not return on the Sunday he was working).
Skjoldenaesholm Museum (DK) December
In December the museum opens the doors to the public one weekend and one can drink Glög, eat Aebleskiver and buy a Christmas tree. Nice.
Lodz (PL) September
The re-opening of line 41 to Pabianice was celebrated with a parade (many weeks after services had resumed). We also visited a private collection of Lodz trams north of the city.
