Kharkiv is another system with a large number of work (non-passenger) equipment, though much reduced in size compared to just a few years ago. Some of the retired cars remain stored on property. We have tried to list the location where all vehicles are stationed (by personal observation during 2 separate visits to all depots). Here and there some details (incl. vehicle history) remain unknown. Below is a list followed by 2017 photos of the vehicles we were able to photograph. Many of the permanent way vehicles actually belong to the Track Department (GET Service-KP “Gorjelektrotransservis”)” but here we have listed the locations we found the vehicles in (they may well move around). Kominternovskoye (PW) indicates the location of the separate permanent way yard south of the old Kominternovskoye depot (which now just acts as a workshop – the huge complex used to house many more departments of the transport company but much land has been sold and converted to other use).
