An extract from our Conditions of Contract
A deposit of 10 % of the tour price (limited to a maximum of Euro 260 per person) becomes due immediately after reception of our tour confirmation, and invoice. Final payment due 30 days before the tour starts. Payments in Euro by Cheques drawn to a German bank, or by money transfers to our Berlin Postbank account number 242 40 106 (German bank code 100 100 10). If this is more convenient for you, you may also send us personal cheques issued in your country’s currency (converted at the daily exchange rate to the Euro) provided you add an amount of Euro 15 per cheque to cover our bank fees. Sorry we do not accept any credit cards because of the high fees charged.
In the improbable case that we have to cancel a tour as we do not receive enough bookings until the booking deadline date published, we shall inform all customers booked on this tour soon after, and refund all deposits in full.
If you have to cancel your participation for any reason, you must inform us in writing, and the following cancellation fees become due: Cancellation until the 60th day before the tour starts Euro 26 per person, from the 59th until the 31st day 10 %, from the 30th until the 22nd day 20 %, from the 21st until the 15th day 40 %, and from the 14th day 50 % of the tour price. No-shows without prior cancellation must pay the full tour price.
A Bankruptcy Insurance, required from all tour operators by European Community Law, is included in the tour prices. Our obligatory Cancellation Insurance costs 1.5 % of the total tour price extra. This amount is being added to your invoice automatically unless you refuse it by ticking the appropriate box on our booking form (for example if you have your own insurance).
